Paper concentrates on pregnancy issues during disasters and highlights the fact that this is an area that little is known about and little pre-preparedness work is done on although 13 and 30 percent of the population will be subjected to a disaster at one time. It also mentions the effect on breastfeeding and how formula is often brought in although breastfeeding in quite robust.
