Human immuno-deficiency virus and infant feeding in complex humanitarian emergencies: priorities and policy considerations. Leyenaar J. Disasters 2004; 28: 1-15
Paper looks at HIV transmission in emergency contexts and what is feasible in the intial stages of an emergency. It takes the WHO 2000 recommendations as a base which have since been superceded by the HIV concensus statement of 2006 but still is a good paper on the issue.
