A manual and toolkit for behaviour change communication in emergencies from UNICEF ROSA. Chapter 5 of the manual is on breastfeeding and contains some information on IFE and complementary feeding, including a case study from the maldives, and using focus group discussions on IFE in India. The Toolkit has info about doing an assessment and how to get information from the right people to get behaviour change - see especially Tool 1 part 3 and Tool 6.
