Uses linear programming and looks at different ways to make comp food in different countries world wide. Also at end of the backgound paper is: Conclusions of an informal meeting on infant and young child feeding organized by WHO, Geneva, March 8–10, 2004, looking at the non-breastfed child and HIV implications. Also in this section is the actual meeting report www.who.int/nutrition/publications/feeding_non_breastfed_child.pdf (Note the HIV Consensus statement 2006 came after this meeting).
