Presentation from the 4 day strategy workshop 'Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies: Regional Experiences and Challenges in Achieving Optimal Early Response', held in Bali, Indonesia on 10th-13th March 2008. Meeting attended by over 100 participants from 16 countries in the region: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Viet Nam.

Presentation sets out thinking however, during the workshop IFE assessments / surveys were discussed further and recommendations were made that go further than this presentation - see the meeting report for further details.
