Using Lots Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) this toolkit is designed to permit organisations to carry out ROUTINE MONITORING of key infant feeding behaviours: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Timely Initiation of Breastfeeding and Timely Complementary Feeding.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The IYCF indicators are in the process of being updated - see: Indicators for Assessing IYCF Practices. Conclusions of a Concensus meeting 6-8 November, 2007, Washington, DC. (Available in this resource library under Assessments, Surveys and Indicators section)
