Civil Society Evidence of Nutrition Service Gaps and Bottlenecks Guidance note

Year: 2019
Resource type: Report

Provide input to the ‘Making nutrition an integral part of Universal Health Coverage (UHC)’ Tokyo 2020 thematic working group.

WHO is leading the UHC- focused working group, and has drafted an initial matrix of actions, which is currently under review by participating partners. Amongst these is a call for CSOs to analyse gaps in access, quality and utilization of services and define bottlenecks of implementation, using a human rights/equity perspective (e.g. vulnerable groups, women).

Civil society organisations are therefore invited to contribute documentation of national, sub-national and community level health service gaps in addressing population nutrition needs by completing the following survey by 20th May: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/N4GSurvey2019

This guidance note provides background information, terminology definitions and survey questions for reference.
