Meeting attended by over 100 participants from 16 countries in the region: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Viet Nam.
