TMN 2014 participants information

Attendance is by invite only since places are limited and to ensure there is a fair and balanced agency and geographical representation at the meeting. Please do not circulate your invite to colleagues as their registration will be rejected. If you have any questions about registration please contact the ENN office at office@ennonline.net

Progress to date

The ENN office is working overtime to get everything ready for your arrival on Tuesday morning. The agenda for the meeting has been finalised and is available here

Practicalities

The meeting will run from 0830 on Tuesday 7th October to 1700 on Thursday 9th October. The venue for the meeting is at Oxford Town Hall, Oxford, UK. Coffee will be avaialble from 0830 at the venue, but feel free to pick up a coffee on the way from one of the many coffee shops around!

We are requesting a £55 contribution per delegate to cover essential participant costs, such as a light lunch, teas and coffees and basic delegate packs. This will be charged on your registration.

Accommodation and train travel details can be downloaded from the links below. Oxford is 1.5 hours travel from Heathrow airport and 2.5 hours from Gatwick airport. Regular (half hourly) airport buses run from both airports to close to the meeting venue and recommended accommodation. Click here for information on airline buses. Birmingham International Airport also has an efficient rail link to Oxford.

All participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Please arrange your accommodation soon if you haven't done so already as this is a busy time of year in Oxford and hotels are becoming very booked up.

If you require a visa to enter the United Kingdom, please contact Charlotte with your full name, date of birth and nationality. She will then send you a letter confirming your attendance at the meeting.
