Kristine joined ENN in March 2025, bringing with her a strong background in HR across the public, charity and private sectors. As HR Advisor, Kristine is the first point of contact for general HR and policy queries, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. With an academic background in Marketing and Organisational Psychology, Kristine applies evidence-based principles to support effective people practices. She values clear, structured processes and the thoughtful use of automation to enhance the quality of work and free up capacity for innovation.
